1) Have a ring box for your detail shots.

Whether it is a box you picked up at flee market, or something your grandpa carved for you, a special ring box can be an opportunity to add extra meaning or a pop of colour to your photos. Velvet ring boxes like the ones below are a quick and easy way to add a layer of sophistication and elegance to a photograph. You can check out some styles here.

2) Matching hangers make allllll the difference in dress and suite photos.

The dresses all match so why shouldn't the hangers? Hangers that don't match can create a visual distraction in photos. Meanwhile, matching hangers allow the dresses and suits to all hang at the same height and look cleaner+more planned. There are tons of great options for custom hangers, but classic wood, white or black velvet hangers always look good.

3) Write your vows in custom vow books.

This is one I wish way more couples did.

If you're choosing to exchange personal vows at your wedding, chances are they are pretty special to you. Instead of reading off your phone or a tattered piece of paper, consider a little paper book that you can write into instead.

A vow book doesn't have to be anything huge or extravagant. If you are crafty, you may be able to make one yourself. That said, if you don't have the time or would like to have a professional take care of it and make something truly gorgeous, the vow books in the photo below are made by Mahshed at PaperOcelot out of Saskatchewan.
